Dear Phil and family, My deepest condolences and sympthies go out to you.  Heather was an amazing woman.  Committed to whatever she put her heart to.  We had so many good talks and she touched my life.  I am sorry that I am unable to join you at the service as I had hoped to.  I hope you will forgive me for not seeing you today.  But, please know you are in my prayers and my thoughts are with you during this time.
