Lauretta Lee Hall

Lauretta Lee Hall, 79, of Newburg, MD passed away on March 11, 2019 at home surrounded by her family.

Born in Brooklyn, NJ on July 25, 1939 to the late John and Helen Crittenden, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Hall, Jr.; sister, Valerie Stovall; and one grandchild.  Lauretta is survived by her son, Ivan Hall, Jr.; daughters, Cheryl Hall and Lil Bowling; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Lauretta worked as a Human Resources Manager for the Charles Co. Govt.  She was devoted to her family, enjoyed shopping, bingo and slot machines.  Lauretta was always on the go and loved to travel. 

Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, PA (211 St. Mary’s Ave., LaPlata, MD) on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 1PM to 4PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lauretta’s memory to Lifestyles of Maryland (P.O. Box 1794, LaPlata, MD 20646).
