Barbara Scoggins

Barbara Allyn Scoggins, 70 of Glen Burnie, MD passed away on Tuesday December 6, 2022 at her home.

Barbara was born on January 26, 1952, in Battle Creek, Michigan to the late Henry Allen Scoggins and Mary Jane [Colfer] Scoggins. She is also predeceased by her infant brother, Jeffrey D.C. Scoggins and sister, Jane Marie Scoggins.

She is survived by her siblings, Michael K. Scoggins (Debra), John D. Scoggins (Deborah) and Thia Rose (Tom Reising), numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday December 29, 2022 from 12 to service time at 1pm at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home (211 St. Mary’s Ave. LaPlata, MD 20646. Interment to follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (11301 Crain Highway Cheltenham, MD 20623).
