Bryan Michael Gardiner

April 15, 1990 – February 28, 2026 (age 35)

Bryan Michael Gardiner, 35 of McLean, VA  passed away unexpectedly from complications during a medical procedure on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Innova Fair Oaks Hospital. 

Bryan was born on April 15, 1990 in Mansfield, CT.  He was raised in Connecticut, New York, Florida and Maryland.  Bryan attended Broadneck High School and graduated in 2008. Bryan then furthered his studies at Penn State University and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Politics with a concentration in National Security.

Bryan worked as the Director of Recruiting at Spectrum Careers focusing on government accounting and finance positions.      

Bryan was an avid Buffalo Bills fan as well as Penn State Nittany Lions fan and enjoyed traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family.  Bryan was loved by his family and friends and will be sorely missed.

Bryan is survived by his Mother, Mary Ann Gardiner of Waldorf, MD, his father Michael Gardiner of Stuart, Florida, his brother William Gardiner of Union Bridge, MD.  He was also loved and cherished by his beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and co-workers and friends including his Penn State Fraternity, Alpha Chi Rho.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Arehart-Echols Funeral Home P.A., 211 St, Mary’s Ave., La Plata MD.  Viewing starts at 10 am and the prayer service at 12 pm.  The inurnment will follow at St. Peters Catholic Cemetery, 3320 St. Peters Church Road, Waldorf, MD.
