Elsie V. Stine (Jenny) 93 of Newburg, Maryland passed away January 23, 2024 at home.  Jenny was born in Tompkinsville, Maryland to the late Sankston Jackson and Emma King Jackson on May 05, 1930.

Jenny graduated from Glasva School in 1947. She married the love of her life Harry T Stine on August 7th 1948. They lived in Tompkinsville Maryland and had one daughter, Marilyn " Sue".

Woodburn. Jenny worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for Bennett Crain Attorney and Howard Bowie. She retired from Pepco in 1985.

Jenny enjoyed gardening, taking care of her cats and was a caregiver for many family members.

In addition to her parents, Jenny is preceded in death by her 5 siblings. Francis Jackson, Bennett Jackson, Walter Jackson, Marion Guy and Mary Ridgeway.

In addition to her daughter, Sue Woodburn she is also survived by two grandchildren Kimberly Ferguson and Angela McGinnis (David) four great grandsons Michael Hancock, Bradley Ferguson, Thomas McGinnis and Hunter McGinnis.

Services will be at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.

A celebration of life will follow in the spring at the family home place.

The family asked that donations be made to the Cobb Island volunteer fire Department.
