Francis W. Burch

Francis W. Burch died peacefully at Hospice of the Chesapeake on January 18, 2025, days before his 92nd birthday.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Thelma, his three children, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.  Frank sold insurance for Prudential for 35 years, was a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus, and honorably served our country in the Army.  He was active in the Lions Club and a parishioner of Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Issue, MD.  Frank was an avid sportsman, crabber, fisherman, and hunter.  He enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, playing in the card league, and sitting on the porch watching birds and wildlife.  He will be remembered as a generous, quick-witted, fun-loving man of deep integrity.  Services will be private.
