Franklin Gerald Goldsborough

Franklin Gerald Goldsborough 84 of Newburg, MD passed away peacefully on Monday June 10, 2024 surrounded by his family.

Frank was born on December 24, 1939 in Mechanicsville, MD to the late Raymond Goldsborough and Catherine Goldsborough. He is also predeceased by his wife, Susan Goldsborough; son, Thomas Morris; brothers Sonny Boy, Leonard, Charles, Thomas and Robert; sisters, Ann, Cecelia and Nelly.

He is survived by his sons, Frank Goldsborough, Jr., Jimmy Goldsborough and Leonard Goldsborough; daughter Sharon Williams; grandchildren Trever Goldsborough and Jessica Frazier; brothers, Elmer, Andy, John and David.

Frank worked for CVS for 40 years.  He enjoyed playing the lottery, riding 4 wheelers, hunting, watching wrestling and westerns, listening to classic country music, gardening, bird watching, car shows and going to the Moose Lodge.

The family will receive friends on Saturday June 22, 2024 from 9 until service time at 11 AM at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home (211 St. Mary’s Ave. LaPlata, MD 20646. Interment to follow at the Charles Memorial Gardens (26325 Point Lookout Rd. Leonardtown, MD 20650).
