Sheehan Beth Misko

Sheehan Beth Misko 51 of White Plains, MD passed away on August 8, 2023. She was born on August 14, 1971 in Salem, OH to the late James and Renna Morrison. She is also predeceased by her sister, Heather Schafer. She is survived by her husband, Ron Misko; daughters, Kelsea Misko and Kaylin Misko; brother Mac Morrison; Aunt and Uncle Missy and Jon Morrrison and several cousins. 

While growing up in Salem, OH, Sheehan Misko proudly represented the Salem Quakers in the high school marching band. She then attended and graduated from Kent State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In Washington D.C, Sheehan pursued a career as a publishing editor for multiple scientific journals. 

The Outer Banks, especially Hatteras Island, was Sheehan’s happy place. She spent many vacations and holidays there with her family. In addition to her love for the beach, Sheehan loved spending time with her family and friends. She often expressed her love by giving a homemade candle or a warm hug. With an amazing sense of humor and a big heart, Sheehan Misko brought joy to everyone in her path. 

The family will receive friends on August 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Her Funeral Mass is at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Joseph’s Church (4590 St. Josephs Way Pomfret, MD 20675). Interment to follow in the Church cemetery.
